Secretariat Solid 14k Gold Pin

From the 2010 movie, "Secretariat". During Secretariat's Triple Crown Victories, Penny Chenery (Tweedy) wore a gold pin given to her by her father. In 1998, Ms. Chenery commissioned Salina Ramsay to re-create her pin, making it in Secretariat's likeness, to commemorate the twenty-fifth anniversary of Secretariat's Triple Crown Victories. The pin created in 1998 was completed using the ancient lost wax technique. In this process, the model is painstakingly carved by hand in wax, and is then cast in solid yellow gold. This solid gold pin weighs about 12 grams, measures 1 in tall by 1.75 long and is limited to 73. As of October 17, 2025, gold is now $4,320.00.
